Made from Prime Steel billets using a controlled process to optimize all constituents, MSP Premium TMT Bars consistently exhibit a Yield Strength of 570 N/mm2 min and a Tensile Strength of 630 N/mm2 min which is a significant upgrade on the present range of 500D Grade TMT Bars available in the market.
Adding to this, the percentage elongation of 18 min and a UTS/YS ratio in the range of 1.10 to 1.20 results in optimum flexibility for the rebars thereby enabling  MSP PREMIUM TMT BARS to offer the perfect combination of strength and flexibility.

CONSISTENCY IN WEIGHT AND LENGTH

A controlled and monitored production process ensures consistent adherence to the defined sectional weight range of respective sections for MSP Premium TMT Bars as per the IS 1786 grade.

EQUISPACE RIB PATTERN

The consistent and standard rib area (mm2/mm) metrics of MSP PREMIUM TMT Bars ensures an interlock bonding with the concrete thereby ensuring superior stability to the construction area. The equispace pattern ensures optimum concrete grip surface thus aiding in realizing the optimum load bearing capacity of the construction.

COST SAVINGS UP TO 8%

MSP Premium TMT Bars with its superiority benchmarked against Fe500D Grade of steel exhibits higher load bearing capacity while maintaining the same ductility as per BIS 1786. Higher load bearing capacity leads to either a lesser number of rebars required in total or usage of rebars with lesser diameter thereby decreasing the congestion of rebars and aiding load bearing balance, strength and bonding, overall resulting in significant savings in construction cost.

QUALITY CONTROL

High-tech computer aided testing facilities in our NABL certified laboratory at our Integrated Steel Plant in Raigarh is used to carry out all the necessary quality checks,thereby ensuring standardisation of all product batches as per BIS 550D Grade specified quality parameters.


This is a 3 stage process involving checking and grading of raw materials, in-process quality checks and batch testing of finished products.
